Becky Update

31 Weeks

Oh, and if you didn't hear we got snow in Seattle...

First Week

Well, our first full week in Seattle and the first week of work is under the belt. Work went really well. The people I work with are really cool and are going to be good to work with. There's quite a few people w/ young kids so that will be nice when ours is born.

Becky's been adapting well to her new life as a homemaker. She's been keeping herself busy w/ the gym, shopping, and the dog. She's also been working on the cooking skills :)! We also found a house that we're going to move into the first of December so that's a big relief. The Reno house is now on the market so we're crossing our fingers that we can get it sold. You can check out the website HERE. It turned out pretty well except for a few spelling mistakes.

There's good news on the snow front. Most of the local resorts opened up this week so I'm looking forward to getting up to the mountains for some snowboarding. Unfortunately my gear is with the rest of the house in storage so I won't be going until we get moved into the house.

The second day of our trip took us from Bend, OR to Seattle. The first day was weather free and then on day 2 the snow and rain began.

Baby update

Becky at 24 weeks. We're now starting the 28th week.

Seattle bound

As some of you may or may not know, Becky and I are relocating from Reno to Seattle. After 5 years w/ IBM I've decided to leave and take a new job with REI as a Software Engineer. I'm going to be working for their online division at the headquarters in Seattle. We'll be in Seattle permanently on Nov 10th.
